A4 Manali to Leh is 447 km. The road across Rohtang opens in end May/ early Jun till mid Oct a great drive across a moonscape! It is a fantastic experience with a great exposure in totality to Little Tibet.
Q5 What places can be visited ex Manali? A5 One can visit pretty Lahoul & Spiti across the Great Himalayan Range. From Spiti one can drive on through Kinnaur to Shimla a lovely experience!

Q9 What is special about Kullu Dushera? A9 Oh it is absolutely a great experience. It is held immediately after Dushera elsewhere in India. It spans seven days of colourful celebrations, prayers & homage dance. This year it will be held from 23 to 29 Oct. On this occasion, all village deities are brought down in their regalia to Kullu to pay homage to RAGHUNATH and collectively bless all of the valley. It is a festival of homage, prayer, festivities & harmonization.
Q10 What all can we do in and around Manali & Kullu? A10 Anything you fancy or wish to seek & discover lovely treks, skiing, parasailing, hang gliding, ballooning, white water rafting & kayaking, angling, rock climbing, Alpine climbing or just exploring for fossils or discovering yourself and the beautiful great environment with its unique flora & fauna and warm hearted people. Medical Q11 What are the fitness requirements to attend various activities & modules with you? A11 If you are a healthy person, you can attend our activities. Playing games and outdoor activities would better prepare you for the outing. Should you have any medical concern, do please consult with your physician before joining up. Activities at altitudes above 9000 ft would have inbuilt conditioning for acclimatization. NOT to worry.
Q12 Do various packages include total medical cover? A12 All activities are graduated. First aid is at hand. Reference to a doctor & any medical expenses need to be borne by the participants. Individuals on regular medication should bring their medical requirements and must share the details thereof with us in advance.
Q13 Are there any good hospitals nearby? A13 Of course, there are good Government & private hospitals both at Manali & Kullu. Besides traditional nature AMCHI medicine is also practiced in the area.
Safety Q14 Is there any terrorist threat in the area? A14 No fears, NO.
